Spend over £35 and you will receive free delivery.

All packages are sent using Royal Mail second class or Hermes and aim to arrive 3-5 days from date of despatch. 

You will receive an email when your item has been despatched. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Accessories

All our accessories are handmade. Please check our size guide prior to ordering to ensure you have selected the correct size. If you are unhappy with any of your accessories you have 14 days to let us know and process a refund. We cannot refund any customised/personalised items such as bandanas, bowl/treat jars, collars. If you feel your item is faulty please get in touch with us within 14 days. 

Treats

We can accept refunds for any treats in their original package if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We cannot accept packages that have been opened. All treats that are not in an individual package cannot be refunded. We cannot accept refunds for treats that have a short shelf life such as 7 days. This will be highlighted on the packagin. 

Essentials

We can accept refunds for any grooming products/essential products provided they are unopened and in their original package. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to start the refund process.

For all refunds we will not pay postage costs this is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received the goods.

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched. 

If you have selected a customised item such as: personalised bandanas, personalised treat jar/bowl or customised collar please allow 7-10 workings days for this to be despatched. We aim to make these items as quick as possible but sometimes due to demand it can take the whole 10 days.
